person has committed crimgagaint the laws of China, to wit, the crime of Marder

and cutting and pounding allumen cubichwithin the Jurisdiction of China.

This is therefore to command you in Her Majesty's name forthwith to apprehend 楊永 康 Jeing Wing Hong

whenever or wherever he may be found in the Colony of Hongkong or the waters

thereof, and bring him before me or some other Magistrate sitting in this Court, to be

dealt with according to law under the provisions of Ordinance No. 2 of 1850.
